Jay Flight Cover

I have a Jay Flight and I'm looking to buy a cover for it. Live in Texas and it get very hot here and the trailer is going to always be outside uncovered. Any suggestions for hot climate?

I would like to buy a cover for our Jay Flight SLX we are picking up the first week of May. It will be stored outside all summer and was wondering about a cover rubbing off the finish or holding moisture.

Why I use a cover... just pulled the cover of today. About a hour later we had a rain storm roll through the area. Afterwards we went in to start the spring cleaning and I found water inside around the hot water heater. Had I not had a cover it would have been leaking all winter without my knowledge and caused major damage. But to answer one of your question we have used the cover for three years now on this TT with no issues on the exterior finish.

I bought an Elements Travel Trailer Premium All Climate RV Cover from camping world last year. So only have one winter of use but it worked fine. I didn't notice any marks or anything. Since I dont plan to use it during the summer (sure Texas is a lot hotter than here also) I can't speak for how it will perform in heat. I'd imagine it'd be fine... But mine is a gray color. I'd prolly look for a white one to help with the heat if I planned to use it in real hot summer weather....
