Gas delivery is good. It fired up with hand lighter. But stopped after 2 seconds. I think the igniter is faulting.
That was the exact same thing that happened with both of the OEM boards that were used (Original and 1 replacement). Would light for a couple of seconds and then shut down when the relay closed.

No issue with the Dinosaur.

Check Propane

We got back from our last trip and squirrels had done chewing on the lines and created small leaks in the propane lines. We have since replaced them with braided steel lines to stop that little problem.

It came on perfectly, and has been working fine ever since. It must have been some corrosion, or vibrated loose from travel. Give it a look befor buying a control board
I had the same thing running mine on electric. When I removed the thermo link I found the connection very loose. I cleaned and crimped the connector to get a tight fit and it works perfectly. The first couple of times I turned it on it ran for a few hours then quit. I turned the switch off and back on and it worked for a few more hours and then the same thing. After a couple of cycles it has not quit since and that was a few months ago.

Jayco had a recall on those circuit boards. The same thing happened to me. It was like the gas was blocked. I called the dealer and they replaced it free in about 20 minutes.

Just a recommendation that I haven't seen in this thread....even if your non-Dinosaur board is still working, get the replacement and also a replacement electric heating rod to keep in the trailer for the 'when it happens' event. Peace of mind for not much money. I got my electric rod at H/D for around $9. Even if I never use it, it's cheaper than a combo meal at Wendy's.

Thank you all for your advice. I installed the new control board. The hot water furnace fired right up !! The board costed $100 from Amazon. I may order another one as a spare to keep. When it goes out there is no warning.. It was sudden!!
