I would get a voltage meter and check the volts coming from the receptacle first. You can plug your power cord into the receptacle, turn the breaker on and pull the power cord plug out slightly just enough to touch your meter probes to the plug prongs. If that's 120 volts (assuming you have a 30 amp service) then your issue is in the power cord or in the camper. At that point you can call your dealer's service department and see what they say or continue to investigate by checking voltage where the power cord connects to your power distribution system in the camper. This may take some work to get to it if there is no access panel. It would be good to know if you have the same volts coming into the power distribution box or not.
Sure sounds like you don't have enough volts coming into the camper.
