Jay Flight thermal package ??

Looking at a Jay flight 26RLS. It maybe used in the south a couple of months in the winter. May see a couple of 30 degree nights when there.
Is a thermal package needed for this ?
Pro and cons of the thermal package ?
Thanks

The thermal package will help in the heat of summer as well. If it has it, I wouldn't shy away. If you are ordering it and the extra cost isn't too much, I would order it. You never know when you may wish you had it. Plus re-sale value is a touch higher.

Being that I live in upstate NY I wouldn't get one without the thermal package plus it also has benefits in the summer as well.

I'd get it. These campers are ovens in the sun. Yesterday it was about 80 but the AC was cycling all day, even long after the temp had dropped into the low 70s. Ours didn't offer it the year we had it built but it supposedly has some insulation. Probably better than nada, but not much.

I`ll add one more thing, the thermal package is really not that expensive either....
