Jayco 154bh/campco quickie flush

Hello,
I am considering adding a campco quickie flush on my Jayco 154bh but want some input. The concern I have is that the tank is only 5" tall and if I add it when the tank level is about half full It would already be at the flush spout level. I just don't want to have any leaks. Has anyone installed one on a 154bh or a TT with a shallow tank? Thoughts?
Thank you

They are usually installed at the 1/2 way mark, no matter how tall the tank.
