Jayco 213

Hello I am new to this and looking to get my first jayco trailer I am looking at the x213 but concerned with a few things and figured it be easy to just ask here. First if ppl have had problems with jayco brand other then the odd trailer cause it's bound to happen and more importantly on the function of the rear pull out. When you all done camping and such putting the pull out back in of debri or water is on the pull out will it end up in the trailer and if so how do I avoid this. Any help or info is greatly appreciated just trying to do my research before purchasing thanks

I bring a small ladder and my battery powered leaf blower. It works for me.

I just used a brush/squeegee combo that I attached to an extendable handle. It was raining so the squeegee was great. I also used a small folding step ladder that is used for the top bunk access.
