Jayco 338RETS washer dryer 120V question

I am looking to repurpose my 15A 120V breaker in my unit, and have traced the wires to the top of the cabinet in the front of my unit before it drops vertical behind the cabinet. I've gotten into the utility space under the cabinet and have not been able to see where the wire ultimately winds up. Has anyone wired their unit for the washer and dryer, and if so where and how did you get to the 120v provided by the factory?

It should be already wired since it is prepped, so I am a little confused by your question.

prepped?

Well, the wires are behind the wall, the plumbing (tubing) is in the utility space below the cabinet, and the drain system is there. There is no outlet, no valves, no tee in the drain piping. The prep is in place but certainly not ready for easy installation.
