Jayco JAY FLIGHT SLX 174BH - no lights on second switch

2022 Jayco JAY FLIGHT SLX 174BH - no lights on second switch.

New to campers, just purchase 2022 Jayco JAY FLIGHT SLX 174BH from camping world in Utah. Brought the camper home and now the second light switch won’t power the light above Dinette, bed or Awning lights. My first thought was maybe I needed to plug the trailer and to short power. Which I did and it still doesn’t turn on. The awning works, just not the led lights. I checked the fuse box and all the fuses are good. I unscrewed the light switch and tried switch the cables around, the other switch works and lights up the other side of the trailer just not The awning, dinette and lights above the bed. When I look at the wires I noticed the purple wire is the one not turning on the lights, I notice there was another purple wire just hanging there not connected to anything. Any suggestions on how to fix this, I know the trailer is still under warranty, but we have a few camping trips coming soon and camping world told me they are a few months wait for repairs.

I turned push the buttons multiple times no light comes on in that zone. Took off the white covers and the voltage meter shows no current to those in that zone.
