You don't need any coating. Buy a roll of ETERNABOND to cover the caulking and you'll get 15 years without caulking again.

my 2011 Keystone had to be coated. The black was starting to show. I used Henrys Tropicool. lifetime warranty. LOL.

Is there any particular reason you need to coat the roof? My 2012 roof is just fine as is.

I'm with Grump, usually they do not need to be coated. I also recommend eternabond over all the caulking.

Thanks for the speedy answers. The roof seems to be just fine some of the caulk is starting to crack around the vents. Nothing serious.

I emailed Jayco customer service and this was their reply.

Good Morning,

We recommend Dicor self-leveling sealant on the roof and Quad sealant for anything on the sides of the unit.

Thank you,

Yeah that's the norm, but eternabond is what you want. Caulk will need to be done every year or two. And has a potential to still leak if you don't catch it in time
