Jayco Schematics

Good Morning, I am not sure who posted the link and suggestion to contact Jayco Customer Services for the electrical, plumbing schematics of your Jayco unit. I just want to say a Big Thanks, as I followed the link and sent a request. Had a reply within 2 days with the drawings attached. Great customer service..Also some really great info out there in this Forum for this Newbie here,

I am not the one who posted the link, but am glad you were successful in getting your schematics. Please feel free to ask just about anything you want to know about your Jayco - there is almost certainly at least one member who knows the answer. And welcome to the JOF !

Yes, I also sent out an e-mail to Jayco for a drawing on a certain wall in my 26rks. I received a blueprint of that and surrounding walls within 2 days. Great service.
Thanks to Jayco and this forum for getting the info out to the owners.

Glad Jayco accommodated your request as I had emailed them for the cable TV schematic so I could attempt to get satellite TV to work in both the living room and bedroom simultaneously. Their reply to me was that since I was still under warranty, their schematics were proprietary and not available to me yet. I was pretty bummed as have over a year of warranty remaining!

taviking22, I received an audio/visual drawing via email from Jayco during the first month that I owned it, well within my 2 year warranty. I would try again and see if you get a different answer from a different person or simply ask for a manger. I have never heard of this reluctance from Jayco.

Wow, traviking22
I like Ed requested AV Schematics during the first few months of ownership of our new 5th Wheel and Jayco emailed me a copy back within a day or two.
I just emailed them off the Jayco website and got a prompt response and PDF of the layout.

I bet the Schematic they sent me is the same for yours too.

Here is the attachement they sent me for our Pinnacle that I used to get the Satellite working, park cable and antenna working on both TVs

I can email you the PDF if it would help

Thanks!!
I guess it depends on who is checking the company email. I heard back from Jayco's Roger Johnson who attached the same pdf schematic that I received in this thread from Rob_Fla (many thanks!!). Of course Jayco's email contained the usual corporate disclaimers on the schematic's use.

So, the moral here may be that if you don't get success the first time, try, try, try again...or rely on the great assistance from the members of this forum!

And, my apologies to Bonieta Joyce for highjacking your thread!

Contacting Jayco

I sent an e:Mail to Jayco requesting the schematics. They replied by e:Mail, with the attachments. Have also called Customer Services regarding trying to find a replacement Garden Tub for our unit. They were very helpful, they referred us on to a technical support person which even returned our call....The tub for our unit is no longer available. But, they had some suggestions that we might try. Very helpful young man.
