Jayco Service in the Denver/Metro area?

Hey all! I am going to try and keep my rant to a minimum, but, I was wondering if anyone had knowledge of a Jayco service provider in the Denver/Metro area BESIDES Camping World? We brought our 2017 Jayflight SLX242BHSW to the Longmont location, where we purchased our coach, for some undisclosed warranty work on November 3rd... I finally get to pick it up this Friday March 9. Long story short, I am absolutely disgusted with their operation and plan to never give them another dime nor allow them to work on my trailer again. Where else can I have work done, if ever needed, in Denver?

I might even consider taking it to Wyoming...

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like the same experience I got from CW (Tampa). Will never step foot in another. You can always give Jayco a call and they can direct you to other authorized service centers in your general area. Finding a good one is going to be the hard part.

I hadn’t considered that. There are a handful of other RV/TT retail dealerships in the area but CW is the only who sells Jayco brand products. I still have two years on my full warranty but will absolutely not let CW touch my trailer ever again.

Thank you!

X2 and I live 10 min from the Longmont Co CW. My father in law has had his new seismic fifth wheel for minor warranty work at Cw since August.

On our fourth service rep. Our “we are sorry for your inconvenience” compensation is a courtesy wash... The work was supposed to take “no more than four to six weeks.”

Other than Crappy World in Denver, your nearest choice is ZABUKOVIC MOTORS, INC

PUEBLO WEST, CO 81007

That’s what I was afraid of.

I bought my new Octane at Camping World Golden in November 2015. I had a few minor things I wanted done before my warranty ran out last November. I had an appointment to drop it off last October but it’s 100 miles one way for me to drop it off and I figured I wouldn’t have it back by this Spring so I cancelled my appointment. I decided the minor repairs weren’t worth the major headache.

ZABUKOVIC did some out of warranty work for me. If you go there you'll pass CW in Fountain. Be sure to keep passing it. Probably owned by the Longmont/Denver company. Zabukovic had three jobs to do. They did one but claimed they did the other two. Minor as they were, they couldn't get the job done. Still, if I had warranty work to do, that's where I'd take it.

If you can spare the cash, you could do as I did and have a private non-Jayco shop do the work. I took mine to a horse trailer sales shop near our home for lots of minor things I couldn't do. The electrical is same/similar and some horse haulers have campers attached, so it's not something they're unfamilair with.

After my warranty expired I started taking my TT to Trailer Source. There's one in Wheat Ridge 303.422.2999.

I've had good luck with them.
