Jayco steps up

We bought our White Hawk 30 DSRE used even though it had only been used once it was still used and as of last month the new warranty which only follows the first buyer ran out. I emailed the big Jayco and told them my cap like a lot more had faded and ask for any assistance. I was hoping they would say if I brought it back to the big jayco they would paint for $$$. But thats not what happened at all Jayco said if I carried it to the dealer they would paint the front cap "goodwill: for me. This goes to show Jayco is a good company.

Thanks for posting xtruckerbob.

For those of you who have had your front cap repainted, have you been please with the results? I assume the decals were replaced as well. Can anyone share their experience?

My experience has been that is more the "Norm" vs "Exception" unfortunately we usually only hear from the "dis-satisfied" customer.

Glad all worked out for you.

Mine was painted while under warranty. The decals are exact duplicates from what I can tell. It's only been a couple of months so I can't address its durability.

Thanks for posting, xtruck!
Way to go Jayco!

Jayco stepped up for me on a worn wire problem, letting a local horse trailer shop make the repair.

The dealer called today to tell us our decals finally came in today. There was a mix up with the dealer and then 1 of the decals was on back order. So we carried our White Hawk to be painted and told we should have it for the weekend. That sounds pretty quick to me. I will let every one know how it goes.

We picked our White Hawk up today and it looks new again. Jayco had it painted at a local body and frame shop for 18 wheelers. Jayco stepped up and I could not be more pleased with them. Plus it didn't cost me a cent.

Had mine repainted under warranty a couple months ago. Could not be more pleased. It's absolutely beautiful. They put allot of extra clear on itso it won't fade for a long long time. We went camping a couple weeks ago and had 3 straight days of rain. No leaks!

Love to hear good things about Jayco after buying one for our first TT. I have no complaints three months and four short trips in. More importantly, thank you (and all Vet's) for your service that has made sure we have such a great country to haul it around in!

I have exactly the same issue, second owner of a 2014, and I am waiting to hear back from Jayco. Love the 30.5 BHLT and it's been rolling since we got it

This is the kind of company response that makes life-long, loyal customers. Good to hear it worked out for you, and kudos to Jayco.
