Jayco Whitehawk 23MRB

We are selling our 2018 Jayco WH, less than a year old to move to a 5th wheel. My question is, I removed the L shape dinette and put a recliner in the slide, would you put the L shape dinette back in or just sell as is? I would hope that we are the only folks that eat off tv trays.
Thanks

Just my opinion, but I would put it back to original for the sale. I think it would be more marketable to someone looking for the 23MRB floorplan.

I agree.

You could take a series of photos when reinstalling the dinette. If the new buyer seems interested, maybe they'll buy the recliner, too.

I like the dinette for the fold down bed option which our grandkids use.

I would put it back in. We use the "dinette" bed option for guests on a consistent basis. It also provides a place for the dog and others to sit while the DW is cooking etc. We love our MRB.
