I haven't heard of this being done as yet.
Without being able to go look at our door, I'm going to surmise it can be done by reversing the hinges, door stop strips, latch mechanism and striker plate. This sounds like an over-simplification, but unless there's something on the inside that'll interfere with the door opening in, it should be doable.
