I'll check my F250, but wouldn't you want to find that coupler height in a level spot and adjust the ball height to fit that?

I was thinking more like getting the height of the trailer coupler than , it would be easier to adjust the trailer hitch ball to the proper height before leaving for the dealership to pick up my trailer...easier to fight the bolts here in my garage than at the dealership :-) my hitch head to shank is set for my WH 24RBS , would be so nice if both trailer would be at the height , thanks anyway Wabirch

Your dealer should adjust for you, lean on your salesperson?

Call you dealer and have them walk out and measure it for you. I bet your sales guy is bored.

Just sitting in my driveway, bubble level centered, 27.5" to the bottom of the coupler. Enjoy the new rig!

If you can, I would take wabirch's approach and do your own measurement. I say this as one who only refers to a dealer for recalls and major repairs (Major). The less my vehicles are monkeyed with, the better. I will maintain this philosophy and practice until I am too old to manage for myself.

First year has been terrific and still very pleased. I have a pesky ground neutral fault to isolate as when I plug into shore power using a GFI breaker it trips that breaker every time. I have a 50A to 30A dog bone to use for Plan B until I figure it out, one device at a time. Most CG aren't using GFI breakers, yet. Enjoy your rig soon, congrats!
