Jayflight SLX 154BH Leaking shower/tub

Has anyone else had a problem with water leaking down the shower wall and going behind/under their tub? Most everything I have seen has said the joint between the wall and the tub should not be caulked, but I have a major leak going on where any water from the shower that hits the wall just runs straight down the wall behind the tub and onto the floor under the tub. There is a cut in the floor where the P trap for the tub is inset and the water is draining down into that, soaking the insulation and then draining down into the underbelly cover and dripping onto the ground. It is quite the mess! Luckily the trailer is still under warranty so hopefully I can get it fixed, but I am concerned about the subfloor and insulation being damaged.

the joint between the wall and the trim is caulked on mine, it's the joint between the tub and the trim that is not, since it covers the lip of the tub it doesn't need to.

Same with my 195RB Baja - the top of the trim came caulked from the factory, albeit a rather skimpy amount of caulk. It should have a bead of caulk on the top of the trim piece. Hopefully your dealer will get it opened up underneath and dried out good to avoid any long term damage.
