Apparently the AirswitchRV company is out of business. I sent them an order last evening and the payment was returned this morning. Too bad, as it looked like a good idea to me. Oh well.

I sent an e-mail to airswitch and got the responce

"airswitch is not closed nor out of business
Chris,
AirSwitchRV"

So I don't know what happened to your payment being sent back but you might want to try again if you want one.

That is odd. I used their contact form twice. No response.

I ordered a unit and the paypal payment was returned this morning.

Care to share that email address or phone number?

I did the contact thru Amazon. They are still showing the auto fan for sale. click on the seller and then click on contact seller. You will get a submission form
OR
try sales@airswitchRV.com and chris@airswitchRV.com

Once again, after two attempted contacts by me in the last day, there has been no response. The message to chris@airswitchrv.com bounced back. Either they don't answer their mail to prospective customers or they are taking Labor Day early this year.

Yes, I have tried at least four different ways to contact them. I do use a chromebook, but I can't imagine that is a factor as my email works with the rest of the world. Oddly enough, I cannot get a phone number for the company? That is unusual.

I don't mind buying from Amazon but I wonder why they even have a contact page on their site. I see in the Amazon reviews that some people are experiencing a hum after installation. Maybe that is why they are not responding to my attempt to purchase direct????

Not sure why they would be getting a humming noise .... unless they are running them @ home and not receiving proper amperage to the unit. I once installed an A/C unit on my pop-up, and when we tried it out in the driveway,i got a humming noise... but when we hooked up a campground with proper amperage, it was fine!

They are either too busy to respond to my purchase request, on vacation, or out of business. Funny that any business would not take my money. They are definitely the exception. :-)

will do ..... but it better start warming up here in SW Ontario, been going down to low 50's at night, highs mid 70's during the day. Great for A/C bill at home, but now feels like summer is slipping away
Although, we do love fall camping the best!
