Jayflight SLX Baja 17'; steep tow angle?

We've completed a few trips in our newer Jayflight 17. Baja version features flipped axle which makes trailer higher. Unfortunately, mount on tow vehicle is low and dealer provided 6" riser. Considering upgrading to 10" riser which looks like it requires ball hitch adapter, but total would add 4" rise to current set up and extend ball hitch length a few inches (a result of modification but not wanted). It would to some extent level the trailer and hopefully reduce tongue weight a little as trailer won't be pitched downward as much in front. Other option would be require taking to dealer and seeing if they could flip axle back. 3rd option is leave as is. Works fine but I'm sure the more acute angle affects handling especially on longer trips which we are planning. Appreciate anyone's comments especially with smaller trailers. I have a 22BHM Baja. The hitch height is high ~28.5". I understand your frustrations trying to get things lined up correctly. I end up with approx 4" rise on my 3/4 ton Ram to get things leveled out to where they need to be.

How many inches low are you currently with the 6" rise? Most of us shoot for 1"-1.5" low in the front in most cases. Where will that 10" rise you are considering put you?
