Jensen Entertainment System Won't Turn On

So I have a 2013 Jayco 264 BH with the Jensen entertainment system in it. The sucker won't power on.

All outlets work in the trailer whether on shore or battery power. I've tried holding the power button down for a few seconds, I've tried just briefly pressing the power button and I put a new battery in the remote and tried to turn it on that way. No dice!

Is there a fuse that goes to that entertainment system that could be blown that is easily changed?

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Let me start this off with " there are folks on this forum a heck of a lot sharper than me on electrical problems ". I would start by unplugging the pigtail to the unit, then check to see if you have power at the trailer side of the pigtail ( ohm meter or test light, make sure you get a good ground ) if no power i can't be any help! If you do have power I would plug the pigtail back together again and check for power at the unit side of the pigtail. If you have power I would start to think about the unit if no power i would be looking at the pigtail ( loose connection ). I worked with an I.T. Fellow that always said " reboot if it does not compute " meaning try unplugging the unit for a minute or two and see if it works. Good Luck!!!

sometimes there is an access panel in the cabinet next to it. so you can get behind it. other times you pull it out like a car stereo. pull it out and use a meter see if its getting 12V

Fuse #6 is a 15A that also powers the Propane detector / TV outlet
