Jerky awning deployment

My anning is jerky when going out. This happens before and the dealer lubricaned it. I don't see where to lube. Anyone know the answer?

Complete speculation here. But......
The awning just unrolls. So is the fabric rolled unevenly?
Or do you see any binding or uneven movements in the arms?

Lubricate where the arm slides in the channel. The channel is the hardware attached to the side of the rig. I had the same problem and silicon lubricant took care of it.
