Moved to Travel trailer forum. There should be a way to manually operate the slide, perhaps someone with this model or similar will chime in as to where it is located.

Mine is located under the TT opposite the slide at the end of the electric motor
Very low gear

I have a 2012 320 and the manual slide operation is at the motors themselves. There should be 2 access points in the underbelly to get to the motors. You need a socket or a wrench to move the nut on the end of the motors. Looks like a royal PITA, I hope I never have to use it. Hope this helps, Terry
