When I have my hot water heater on and try to use hot water ANYWHERE in my 24 whitehawk mbh, it gushes hot water from under handle of kitchen faucet! Only on top of counter not underneath!! Thats why I am not connected to city water cuz I thought it was a pressure issue, even tho I have a regulator! But it happens even from fresh water tank with pump on when using hot water from water heater! BUT if water heater is not on, hence no hot water, it doesnt do it!!! So...water heater? Hot water line to handle? O ring on faucet handle? If so, how do I take handle apart to replace?? Aarghh....all problems at once

Do you have a picture of the fixture, specifically, the problem knob?

I don't know how to post a pic 🙄 Hower, I watched a couple of videos abt problem faucets and found the end of handle is a cap protecting acrew! I took it apart and I think the retainer ring was loose??? I put it back together and the hsndle feels more sturdy!!! I will test tomorrow! Thanks for trying to help me!
