ItchingAll we have is misc stuff that we rook out of the house. We have very little in the htt. We have a few pots of different sizes, a few frying pans, a few tuperware containers for leftovers. Minimal utensils. Three good sharp kitchen knives, in sheaths.
Often we could use something else, but we get by. If you use the oven, bring a second cookie sheet or a ceramic stone to put over the burner unit. Otherwise you'll burn the bottom of your food.
I tend to think about our meal selection, how are we going to prep it, cook it, and think about what we have, and can I make it work. Once in a while, we'll toss in something from the house for the weekend.
