we had a little porta potty in our popup. Not perfect but just carry the used part to a toilet and flush it down, rinse out, refill top part and your ready to go, (pun intended?) about $75 at walmart, might buy used on craigslist a lot cheaper.

No access to sewer-use of bucket

I have been rv’ing for 50 yrs. About 4 yrs ago I bought and set up a macerator pump and specified hoses to use for discharge. If you buy the right pump it couples directly to the standard fitting on all RV’ s. Hook it to a battery (12 volt), hook up discharge hose, pull a manhole cover OR the clean out on your house, and pump it out. Reliable, clean, and you shouldn’t have to spend over about $300 on everything.

The 5-gallon bucket lid is also available from Walmart: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ozark-Tra...lack/210434507 but I've read on my prepper boards about using a pool noodle slit down the middle to make it more comfortable. BTW, I do have one of these in my bugout supply box along with more 5-gallon buckets than one could reasonable use in one lifetime. :-)

This is for Arizona. You do not have your state listed so I used mine. This has lists for each state.

Luggable Loo! So handy and used with some deluxe cat litter like walnut shells...
Was wonderful in our year pop-up experience. Before that it was 50 years of mostly primitive camping and cat holes.
And running a bucket of black tank contents into the house to flush? Not a favorite thing, but it works - done it in a pinch a couple times. Just requires care, hygiene and thorough cleanup with alcohol or bleach.

Haven't seen it mentioned. Truck stops like Pilot have dump stations for a fee

Toilet liner

When we winter camp and don't use water, we use these.

Use POO Powder and throw in the trash. If it is legal to throw a babies diaper in the trash this should be as well. When we were camping in the van we did this for over 2 years with no issues.

Depending on your state, your local highway rest stops might have a dump station, look at the one closest to your home. Some large stores like Cabelas some times have a dump station (2 out of three in our area do). Another option, in google maps, type in "RV Dump Station".

Someone posted last year using a macerator pump, and a black garden hose, and pumped it to their toilet(???).
My Jayco Precept came from the factory with a mascerator pump. This is the greatest RV invention of all time! Well worth the original investment. It can pump 100 feet....it can pump up hill. A Wye valve allows it to be permanently installed and it works like a charm. I'll never have a coach without one! I installed mine with 1 1/4" PVC to the sewer cleanout at home. With a black tank built in rinse the coach stays effortlessly empty and clean!
