Leveling Blocks T handle, Where to buy or STL

I have lost a couple of the T handles for carrying the Campco leveling blocks.



Looking on line, I don't see anyone that just sells them by themselves.


Any idea's


Maybe someone has created an STL to 3D print them? Not sure how to design the treads myself.

5/16th threaded rod.
Fender washer, double nuts on the bottom (or regular washer and recess).
Fender washer and large wing nut on top.
Or, just thread a rope through them with a knot on the bottom end.
Better make several for future losses.
