License Plate Too Big
I have a 21MML and the license plate bracket is under the stairs. It won't go on because it is too big and hits the ladder. Has anyone had this issue? I can install one on the other side, but I really don't want to cut all the caulk and install under other taillight. HELP!!!!

Welcome to the Forum from Western New York State!
It sounds like the ladder supports are under the taillight, and in the way. I would get a roll of butyl tape and swap the lights around. You can't move the ladder supports (and if you did it would leave screw holes), and you can't cut the license plate to fit (not a legal thing to do).
I have replaced our plate-holding taillight when one of the tabs broke off. My fault, did it taking the winter cover off.

So, I need to cut the caulk and put the bracket behind the other taillight?

Welcome Aboard!
Can you post an image? To do so, you need to go to "Go Advance", to upload the image.
Sounds like a warranty claim issue. I am really handy, and that is one thing that would really bug me on a new camper.

That would be right.

It looks like this is what you are dealing with and the license tail/plate light is on the left but there is no room there for the plate. In this picture the plate is on the right side so exchanging the taillights so the plate light is on the right side appears to be the best way to fix this. If you need help I would have the dealer fix it and there should be no charge to do so.

I'd have the dealer fix it.
Until you can get it there to be fixed, I'd do what I did on my pop-up, when the old, brittle, plastic tail light holder finally broke.
I used the most strong, picture hanging Command strips. I cleaned the back side of the plate with alcohol. Found the flattest points of the plate (long stretches.) Attached the tape (with the 'wall piece' of tape already attached together) to the back of the plate. Made sure the area where I was placing the plate was clean and rubbed with alcohol. then I pushed the plate into place. Make sure to apply pressure for 1 minute. The plate is removable, but no one really knows that from afar. The system that holds the plate is very strong. Like the old 'bristle blocks' toys. I thought it'd be a temporary fix, but 3 years later it's still doing fine...I know because my friend own the camper, now.

There may be a dealer installed item that is causing the problem.

I believe your lights are interchangeable. Someone put them on the wrong sides. If you carefully pry off the red lenses I believe you will find some mounting screws, a small hole with two wires and a rubber gasket. They are mounted on the surface no caulking only a rubber gasket. I changed some side marker lights and they were installed that way.
