light flickers when faucet on/leaking in rain

My brand new 212QB has two issues. It's at the dealer but they are puzzled too. The light above the kitchen sink works fine until you turn on the kitchen faucet. Then the light flickers. Turn off the faucet and the light is fine. Any ideas? Is it the light or the faucet? Second issue. Big downpour last weekend and the piece of wood that goes across the front of trailer where bed is hinged was soaked as was the edge of mattress. Any ideas for this one? Dealer can't find a leak.

Would assume its the lights when the water pump goes on. A lot of the 5th wheels are having an issue of lights blinking when the furnace or water heater is turned on. Do you have a dimmer by chance on that light?

Could be a loose connection in the light or wiring and the vibration from the water running could be causing the connection to wiggle.

Hopefully they figure it out without messing the wall up. Any ideas on where the leak came from? They said they couldn't see where it would have leaked but the water settled all along where a headboard would typically be. Sure appreciate everyone's input.
