Your lights are 12V. When you plug your RV in your converter is powering your lights. When its not pluged in, your battery powers your lights. You have a power interruption between battery and converter. Check battery connections at battery. Check fuses between battery and converter.

Sounds like the battery is not connected. You could have a disconnect switch flipped to off, or a blown fuse.

Most of your fuses are in the fuse box, however, you should have a fuse holder at the battery. This protects the wire between the battery and the converter.

Not all campers have a disconnect switch, if you do have one, it is a red handled device. It could be on the frame near the battery, or it could be located in a cargo hold.

I checked the battery connections at the battery. Power hitch works. Would the battery connection on the inside be away the first panel inside rig?

They were working until I accidentally cut tv cable. After I replaced tv cable turn/break lights would not work. Needed to replace 20 amp fuse in truck.

This happened to us when we first purchased our TT. It popped all kinds of fuses. If I were you, that's where I would start; check all the fuses. Also, don't forget there may be one up front just off the battery. It'll be a 30A fuse inside a rubber weather boot. In fact, if your tongue jack works, but no other 12V works in the rig, that's where I would check first.

ETA: Reading back through your posts again, I'm betting it's the main fuse up front. Follow the wires off the positive post of the battery, and you should find a "weatherproof" fuse holder that contains a 30A fuse. I'm betting it's blown

The tongue jack will have a separate power connection at the battery, from the rest of the TT.

Yes there are two fuses for the wire that runs between the converter and the battery, one at each end of the wire, as power can flow ether direction (charging or discharging). There will be a fuse holder typically right at the battery, but I have heard of them be a few feet away from the battery. There will also be a fuse inside the fuse box inside the TT at the converter.
