Lights out!

We have a 08 jayco jayfeather 22y..we just got back from camping and plugged it into the house and we have no lights, refrigerator or ac but the outlets work. Everything worked fine when we left the campsite so im confused. Now the odd part.. We unhooked the truck and had no battery connected no power source what so ever but i went to open one of the outer side compartments it had a good charge running through it to the touch.. Not quite an electric fence charge but enough to make you pull your hand away quickly. Any thoughts on this whole situation?

Sounds like your 12V side of your power grid is out.
Maybe check 12V fuses in power converter.

Check around battery terminals for any loose or damaged wires.
