Loadstar Brand Tires?

Looking at replacing my 4 year old tires GY Marathons! 2 have minor cracking, looks like 3 may have beginning of belt separation judging by the dents I'm finding.
Anyone have any experience with loadstar tires?

I don't have any experience with them, but I often see them at my local Tractor Supply. They seem to be pretty cheap... and that's not necessarily a good thing. I replaced my tires last year with Carlisle Radial Trail RH tires. I think the Carlisle's were pretty good. Something I would encourage you to do no matter what brand tire you get is to get a tire with a higher weight rating than your old one.

I replaced my tires with D rated tires, which gave me a cargo capacity of almost DOUBLE the weight of my trailer. I think a lot of premature wear is caused on tires that are loaded right to the maximum cargo rating. That causes more flex in the tires, which means more heat, which means more wear and tear. The cost to upgrade the tires was about $10 per tire. The tires called for 65 psi (make sure your rim is rated to handle the higher pressures) instead of the old tires which were 40 psi.

I would look into MAXXIS tires. Had a blowout on the same trailer you are towing with a Marathon. MAXXIS are a bit pricey but get very good reviews. Load Star are just another Chinese ST trailer tire.

Probably going with the Maxxis D 8 ply just seems to make more sense than the 6 ply only $6 more per tire.
Problem was finding a dealer close by. Discount tire will sell, balance and install for $110 each. Seems a good price as all the locals only offer GY Marathons at the lowest cost of $108 each and a C rating or 6 ply.
Plus if I'm thinking right Discount Tire is all over the country incase I do have to replace.

Seems now to be a NO_BRAINER for my old rusty brain lol
