Hello and welcome to the forum.

Did they work correctly during your PDI? I'd have the the dealer fix them.

My locks were difficult when I brought my rig home initially too. I went around with a spray can of silicone (using the little straw attachment), and gave a shot in each lock cylinder. The key and cylinder worked fine after that treatment.

Seems Jayco can't afford a little bit of lubricant....

Also, many people have had issues with the dead bolts and strike pins on the doors. They need a good coating of grease, both on the pins and on the slotted door strikes.

The deadbolt lock on our trailer was difficult to lock until I checked the alignment of the strike to the bolt. It was off just a bit. Once I adjusted it, everything worked easily.

I would try lock ease if it doesn't get better take it back under warranty. My Jayco has a second home at camper world, they take forever to fix it and in the process damage another thing

Go to your local GM Dealer, buy a small can of DPL. Stuff works great, if DPL can't free up a lock cylinder, nothing can!

Kind of had the same issue, all the locks worked technician showed me even tho the outside shower takes a different key. The shower worked a bit difficult so as directed by technician used a dry spray same one used on gears on slide so it doesn't collect dirt. Now they all work great. He also said to use Vaseline yes Vaseline on the strike plate as it is cheap and does not stain and it works great.

On the strike plate and latch use Paraffin. It is less messy than Vaseline and won't get on someone's clothes if contacted. I keep a piece handy and give the latch a rub whenever the door doesn't close easily.
