Looking for input! winterizing 2015 jayflight 36bhds elite

I am about to close up my (new to me) trailer using the pink stuff. I'm hoping that someone else has a Fridigaire residential fridge with an ice maker that might assist me to make sure I'm on the right track here. I have valves under the sink / under the bottom drawer between the sink and stove/ and in the bathroom behind the louvered cabinet cover (water heater valves, I'm sure) I'm on a seasonal site, no way to haul it into a dealer and so, I need to be able to get it right
I'm so grateful for all of the info on this site, btw! Thank you in advance for anyone who might have time to direct me!!

Several mobile techs in my area that would be glad to assist. My residual fridge needs a bypass water filter. Avail via Amazon.

My manual says to cycle the Ice maker by depressing the on button (several times) until it makes pink ice.

Good luck.
