Loose shower screws

One of the two screws holding the shower head bracket to the shower wall, and one screw holding the shower curtain rail to the shower ceiling are loose (stripped?)

Is there an easy way to re-secure them?

Thanks
Grant

Use a size larger screw, same length and dip it in silicone caulk before snugging it up.

I fill the hole with Gorilla Glue, let it cure overnight and then drill a small pilot hole in the glue. It allows me to use the original screws in the original location and has held up well.

Another thing with respect to the shower is that when the hose is filled with water it weighs more than the screws can hold on a bumpy ride, so just leaving it on the floor helps prevent the holder from loosening.

X3. Heck, I've had it fall out of it's holder while using it.
