Low Point Drains

I know I am a little early on this one but my family is just starting out with our new trailer. We have a 32' TSBH, for storing for the winter my question is what do the 3 low point drains drain? Fresh water tank, hot water tank and or what? We are thinking of putting a deck beside our trailer and it would cover the side of the drain points and we don't want to cover them in without having access to them.

It allows you to drain water out of the entire plumbing system. The water heater drain is on the outside of the tank below the burner and the water tank "usually" has it's own drain. People who live in the milder climates can drain the water when in extended storage since they do not use anti-freeze.
