low point dran and valves

What is the low point drain used for? Just clear source lines of water. No gray water, right?

Secondly,

I found 3 valves under the sink.
I assume you pull them up to open them. Please look at the attached pix.
The Yellow arrow points to the source tank.
When I pulled them up a minor amount of clear water came out of the low drain point.
Is the purpose of these valves just to drain the lines?

Thanks Jay

They are to drain the water lines for winterizing. You must open the faucets to allow air to enter when draining the system.

Our TT also has 3 valves. Two are fresh water drain valves and one is the low point valve/drain.

The operation is described in our manual under -DRAINING THE FRESH WATER SYSTEM
You can "open the low point drain by turning, then pulling the handles up".

The fresh water valves drain the fresh water from your plumbing and the low point drain will allow that water to drain to the ground outside of your rig.
