These check valves in the pig tails have a tendency to be a problem IMHO. I've had one stick on mine before. I just turned off the tanks, disconnected the hose, tapped the end on the tank collar and hooked it all back up. Been working fine ever since.
If propane flow slows or stops, I turn the tanks off first, then disconnect the hoses to reset all the safety valves, then hook everything back up and turn the tank valves on VERY SLOWLY. This procedure has worked for me every time so far. If it doesn't work, then I'll do the whole thing again and hope it works so I don't have to start replacing parts...
