Lubricate Slider?

We have a 2017 23' rbsw. Should we be lubing the slider? The manual says no and we never lubed our previous slider unit but at campgrounds We notice people crawling around on the ground lubing theirs. If we should be what should we use?

Some use white lithium grease, some use the slide lube by camco, lots of different brands of the stuff.

You should never use lithium grease or WD-40 as they attract sand and dirt.

Use a dry lube spray. I use Dry Lube Spray from Protect-All, available at most RV stores.

agree, I use a silicon spray dry lube from Walmart. I wipe the bars down before applying to remove grime and grit.
