Macerator Pump Circuit

I was having issues with main 30A fuse by battery popping. I traced it down to find that is I removed the fuse for the "Macerator Pup Option" in the control panel it would no longer pop.
I do not have the macerator option installed on my MBH24.
The fuse I removed from this circuit was metal, not plastic, and was hot to the touch. It is a 20A fuse, larger in size than the typical 15s and 30s in panel.

Any guidance as to where to look for this fault, and where I might find a fuse like this? Thanks all!

Do you have an outdoor kitchen and if so is there a pump on the sink drain to get the waste water to the grey tank? Many times if that pump is installed it is called a macerator pump and labelled as a macerator pump in the fuse panel.

That type of fuse is an auto reset style they trip when they get hot enough and reset when they cool down. If you were in cheyenne wyoming I would tell you to come down to you local Peterbilt dealer.i know we have them. I believe you can get them at napa as well.

Maybe you do not have the option but the wiring is ran to the location it would be and is shorting out.
