Manual slideout rubber seal

Hi
I have a 2001 Qwest 256D with a manual couch slideout. The gasket/rubber seal( it is attached to trailer around the slideout opening) is in need of replacement. Anyone out there ever do it or know where to look to see how it's to be done?
I am a do it yourselfer but still like to see it done first if I can.
Jayco techs please feel free to respond.

Thank you all and Happy Motoring
Harry

Not sure how to do it, might want to check out u-tube. I would not be surprised if someone had done a video on it. My dealer did stress to me the importance of maintaining the slide out seals as he said the cost was about $1.50 a foot. He didn't say if that was installed or not.
