Mattress

I have a 2018 jay feather x 213. The mattress was terrible after our first year. I am looking for a replacement for the king bed but do not know what size or kind I would need to replace it. Any suggestions would be helpful and yes we tried a topper that did not help.

Measure the length and width and start shopping.......usually the thickness depends on what you like.

We love our Zinus short queen in our 195 RB so much we got a full queen for our place in Florida. A bit heavier than a conventional mattress but really gives a great nights sleep for the $. 10 inch in camper and 12 inch in house. Had the camper one within weeks of buying our 195 in 2017. Old mattress was stuffed with newspaper and carpet scraps.

We had a box mattress, might as well just been a board. We put a thick pad on it and wow. Not bad for the price

Not sure how much or what you really want. We ordered a Hybrid 6 inch coil springs 4 inches of foam from Brooklyn Bedding had it in 7 days. They can build any size you want or need.

I just ordered a Lucid 12" cooling gel memory foam mattress off Amazon after going over billion reviews. Lucky for me my 5ver has a full size queen so it opened up more possibilities. Going to try it out when it comes in on Thursday for a weekend camping trip than decide if I want to replace the 3 in the bunkhouse for the kids with twin size versions. It was only $250 shipped to my door for the Queen.

We went thru the same process with the mattress topper. After some research on this site and others, we purchased one from Mattress Insider. This mattress is so comfortable now I want one for home:
