maxx air II and travel trailer cover

Will RV cover still fit on Jayco SLX Swift when having a pair of Maxx Air II vent on the roof ?
With 2 bumps on on the roof, I wonder if that will cause the RV cover to not fit anymore

I have one MaxAirII cover on my X213 with a ADCO cover with no issues
