We bought property by a HUGE lake in Wisconsin that's about an hour 40 from our house to keep the camper on. We have a tri-toon we keep docked on the river that leads to the lake. Win win for us both.
Good luck with your decision.

Wow did not expect this many responses. I call my camper my Rolling Vacation Home that I can bring anywhere. And as said have my own clean bed and all my amenities of home. I agree camping is a lifestyle and Im not sure I want to give that up yet. I have already found the boat and committed to buying it. The RV resorts I like to stay at like Jellystone, KOA and Lake George RV park they are very pricey. This is something my wife and I are really going to have to talk about. And yes I can sell this camper and possibly buy another one down the road. But is the quality of the newer ones going down hill, I don't know. I know the costs of owning a boat this would be our fourth boat together. If anyone is interested in a very well kept 2013 Eagle 314bds let me know. I guess I will see. Thanks everyone
