I have replaced aluminum siding on a previous TT. It's not hard to do and the closer to the bottom the easier to replace. It's really a matter of removing the moulding, remove the bottom aluminum piece, and begin to detach the pieces and remove. I was able to order my panels from a local RV dealer (direct from Crossroads at the time) and the color was perfect. When I did it, one of the pieces which were damaged was LONG (like 20') and I elected to put a seam in where it was a single piece from the factory. It looked fine, but obviously not as good had I replace then entire thing. If I recall, I replaced 2 panels and it cost me just under $200
