We purchased a 332 CBOK in July of last year and it is parked in a seasonal site in NY. At the time of purchase we informed the sales people that we could not tow the trailer back to the dealership if it needed warranty work and they sold us a warranty for around $1200 that would cover on site work. We would have to pay the initial service call for diagnosis. Our friends at campground also bought a new Jayco at a different dealership and after some issues and talking to Jayco they were told that they must bring in trailer for any service and wouldn’t honor they type of policy we have. Has anyone had experience with this type of policy
That is totally the dealer. I've had JAYCO cover several mobile service calls. JAYCO also has independent service centers (non dealers) that they work with all around the country.
We are authorized warranty service and repair providers for all brands of Forest River, Jayco, Highland Ridge, Starcraft, Alliance RV, and Entegra, and also work with most manufacturers' warranties, insurance, and after-market warranty companies!
Our friends were told they should cantthat policy because Jayco will not honor it. I have a company working on min. The entry door has been warped since they delivered the trailer. He looked at it and took pics and said he would turn it in. That was in March. I haven’t heard anything and I’m going to call him. On Site RV outside of Poughkeepsie NY. I figured it would probably take about a year to get anything done

The "POLICY" has nothing to do with JAYCO it is dependent on the service provider, either the dealer or the independent service company involved.
