Morryde steps - is this a solution?

Hi Guys,

There is a deep dip on the way from the storage place, where I park my trailer. Each time when I am leaving the storage I am hitting the pavement with my rear stairs. I have already two welds damaged.

I saw a couple of posts over this forum around Morryde steps. To be honest, I do not understand advantages of those stairs (and actually see disadvantages – e.g. dirt brought to the trailer, when closing the stairs inside). However, I thought that actually in my case this may solve the problem with the deep dip.

What do you think?

Thanks!

To answer the question, I think they actually will take care of your issue. They mount up on the door sill and fold down over the existing ones. You would be able to completely remove the low hanging ones in the rear. I have the same issue pulling into my in-laws' second driveway going by the barn. There is quite a dip and the rear set just scrapes.
