It is now the 10,000 model...it moves my 5500 lb TT with no problems....my set up is similar to yours.....only there is a very large Oak tree directly it front of the gravel pad. I only have about a foot in the width to play with. I have my neighbors chain link fence on one side and my gutter on the other.

I had the following mover built for my previous trailer (toy hauler). I did use it on a slight driveway grade with no problem. When having it built you have the choice of tires depending on the surface of use (gravel/dirt/asphalt) Mover works great, it is not fast but you can plug in your 7 pin for break application. There is a switch box with forward/back and neutral position. When storing the arm fold up & for transport you can take the arm off with a pin release. Very easy to use. Hardest part is angling the custom coupler on to the mover. The coupler mounts on the side of the frame.

Model AC-8

Good luck

Not sure of the price but this one looks promising.

I am very new to this site and rving in general. I have seen this and I plan on purchasing one when my ordered trailer is here.

Has anyone heard of this or used it?

I Don't think they are necessary unless you own a rv dealership.

I have one... I'm able to position my X213 between my carport and fence which is off my backlane. I'm unable to use my TV because of my neighbor across from me. Works well with my 18V Makita. The 10,000 rating isn't realistic unless you have a perfectly smooth and level surface to work with. The approach to my parking spot has a significant grade.
