Mounting reciever hitch on back of Whitehawk 23mrb

I just purchased a 2020 Whitehawk 23mrb and want to mount a dirt bike reciever hitch carrier to the back. Has anyone done this with any Whitehawk model?

Depending on the weight of your bike and construction of your bumper you may find your bike and bumper in the middle of the road behind you.

Not sure if your talking about mounting it to the bumper or your adding a receiver hitch? I would not add it to the bump unless beefing it up with something like
Mount-n-Lock SafetyStruts Heavy Duty RV Bumper Brackets. I have a 2018 23mrb, it came with the spare tire and a grill attachment attached to the rear bump. I going to add anything else to it.

Look for brackets welded to the frame a little bit forward of the bumper. Each one has bolt holes to attach a factory receiver to both frame rails. The factory unit is close to $400. If you need a picture I can grab one for you. Jay

My Jayco dealer recommended a welding shop close by and they bulit me a new stronger bumper with a receiver built into it works fantastic.

X2, I would have a welding shop make a custom hitch, that is designed for the weight of the bike.

I had a receiver hitch installed for hauling bicycles. They added a couple plates along the TT frame rails, first.

My parent's last TT, they installed a hitch on an ultralight weight "Aero" The welding shop added 4 plates, two near the bumper on the frame, and two more probably 7 feet forward on the frame. Then tight it all together with a custom hitch due to the ultra light frame design.

One thing to be aware of, with the bike that far back, it will affect your tongue weight, which affects your overall handling.

My Jayco dealer sent me to a local welding shop who built me a strong receiver bumper out of channel steel so that I still have drain hose storage.
