Moving up to 212QB

We are a retired couple that plan on doing more traveling next year. We plan to move up to a 212QB probably using an early order program in February for May 1st delivery.

We think it would be best to try and sell our 184BH (in mint condition) into this summer's hot market. Does anyone have an idea what our asking price should be. We've only used it for 2 and 3 night outings within a 200 mile radius of our home in Minnesota. When not in use we've always kept it in our shed.
