Msrp

MSRP XXXXXXXX dollars for this vehicle.

Value added Package XXXXXXXXX dollars

Options listed individually

Option 1 XXXXXXXX Dollars
Option 2 XXXXXXXX Dollars
Option 3 XXXXXXXX Dollars
Option 4 XXXXXXXX Dollars

My question is: Are the options not the Value added Package and if not how do you determine what is in the Value added Package?

Install the Jayco sales tool app on your phone. You can see all the standard features all the package features and all the options for all models.

I've always regarded the list MSRP as a fallacy. When I bought my 2017 trailer the tag in the window said the MSRP was $35,500. Showed the CW discounts that brought the price to $24,700. We agreed on a price of $23,000 that included a second battery, and a few other goodies from the store; chalks, leveling blocks, a better water pressure regulator, etc.

In today's market I could probably sell it for more than I paid for it, but that will never happen.

Absolutely! That document only really shows the items in/on the RV and some made up price. 33-38% off that made up number is what I want to pay. Of course, if you just pay that price, they will let you...

Value Added Package

I had the wrong subject for my MSRP post. What I want to know is this: The MSRP List that I'm looking has a Value Added Package price at $6,205.00 then it list the 6 options that are added priced individually. My question is what does the Value Added Package contain to price out at $6,205.00. What does that pay for? Sorry about the confusion.

Merry Christmas to all. Stay Safe.

I don't believe it is the same for all models. Go to the website for the RV you want. Under "Standards & Options", the value package for that model will be listed out. They are usually items everyone would want, IMO. I think most of them are listed as "manadatory", anyway.

For example this is the value package on a 2021 eagle ht fifthwheel. Do not know why they call it a package when it is not an option and is mandatory. The should just include it in the msrp.
