My Travel Trailer Checklist

I put together a set of checklists for what I need to do with my TT.

Feel free to use. Comments/suggestions are welcome.

Very nice! But far more detailed than my list. I kept mine one one page. Thanks for sharing!

I read your lists. I thought I was organized.

I just have by a mental checklist of statuses that everything has to look right before pulling out. Nothing can fall, stabilizers up, chocks stowed, etc.

Upon arrival, getting the fridge back on-line (TT is level and stable) is the primary priority. After that is 1st batch of water in the FW tank. Anything other than a beer in my hand; can, and will, wait.

I find it's most helpful when DW and I are running back and forth while keeping our 2 kids alive.

As a new guy to the whole TT thing this is an impressive and somewhat scary list...

Thanks for sharing. I'm a big fan of checklists to avoid forgetting things! DH doesn't think we need them but I think I'm starting to win him over! Okay maybe he just humors me.....

Mike837go - why don't you travel with the fridge on? Being level matters, stablity not so much. We have a Norcold and the manufacturer states that traveling down the road is no problem at all. At first I was hesitant but now I just travel with it running on propane the whole time. Now I don't have to rush around like a maniac hooking up electric and stuff immediately.
